Owner: Tim Oppelt

The son of a pastor and nonprofit worker, I have always been instilled with a strong desire to help others. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in NJ, money was always tight growing up and I experienced firsthand the pain it can cause individuals and families. I became dedicated to helping myself and others be free of that pain. Searching for a path throughout college, I stumbled across various books on real estate investment and realized how life-changing it can be if done right. After college graduation, I moved to Delaware so my girlfriend could attend University of Delaware’s graduate school. Determined to make a difference, I started Opp Real Estate to help myself and others be financially free.

Client Executive: Robert Vieira

Robert Vieira is a real estate developer and realtor, licensed in the state of PA. His experiences studying abroad, playing collegiate sports, and growing up in a small town have allowed him to develop a strong work ethic, as well as a keen understanding of other people and their cultures. Robert entered the real estate business in 2015 and joined Opp Real Estate in 2016 to meet the needs of the company’s growing client base. He is responsible for speaking with homeowners and determining the best solution to meet their meets.

Administrative Assistant: Joliene Ivory

Joliene Ivory joins us as an administrative assistant with years of experience in the financial/banking industry and sales fields.  As a sales administrative assistant she has a keen understanding of the organizational skills and processes needed to succeed in a sales based business.  She is responsible for the organization and development of our customer relationship management program and processes.
